Agreed with a lot of reviews. Sweet, light, green apples and unripe pears. Honey. Slight hint of peat smoke. Very short finish. I’d have to guess this will be the majority of what to expect from Japan until their new stock matures for 6-10 more years .

Had to pick a few of these up @ 23$ a bottle on sale. Light cereal nose, but otherwise very fruity on the nose. Light apple, pear and peach on the palate and aftertaste. I like it a lot, and I can’t find many at 23$ to compare.

I have to be in a certain mood for this one . It has a unique nose, a little more “funk” than most scotch I drink. Has a medium finish with the same sherry theme for macallan. I like the standard M12 better.

Light and fruity. Bit of cinnamon and clove on the finish. Great for the price point but hard to find locally.
