Nose: vanilla, pastry, brown sugar, hint of citrus and leathery Palate: Light but rich. Cherry and vanilla forward, less pastry but still there. Gentle lemon and pepper finish. One of my favorites

Nose: Green apple, brown sugar, vanilla Palate: very sweet, dried fruit, brown sugar, oak, and smooth finish Very good!

Vanilla, baking spice, fresh bread, cinnamon

Sweet cream and vanilla nose. Cherry, vanilla, baking spice on the palate. Very delicious and easy drinker.

Nose: Lots of vanilla and a bit of maple syrup and herbal notes- very sweet and light. Palate: Vanilla, herbal and very light heat on the finish. Not very complex but very tasty.

Very light, fruity nose. Can’t quite pick out the palate…maybe a citrus note or apple. Slight licorice and mild spice on the finish

Herbal vanilla nose. Sweet, cream and vanilla up front with spicy finish

Received as a Christmas gift. Haven’t tasted many bourbons like this! Very sweet on the nose - corn, cherry, cinnamon and vanilla notes. Very rich palate - spice, dark fruits, and sweetness. Great balance of the spice and sweetness. Finish lingers with cinnamon and spice. Fantastic!

Nose: Spice and pine at first, then shifts to chocolate covered cherries. Slight herbal note. Sweeter than expected. Palate: Deep cherry/red fruit, rye spice and vanilla. Finish: Spice, chocolate, vanilla cream Very good!

Nose: Very sweet. I get notes of vanilla, brown sugar, floral, and spice. Palate: Soft and sweet initially, cookie or biscuit type flavor with a baking spice finish. No brown sugar but still some vanilla or caramel mixed in there. Pretty tame up front, but the finish is complex and lingers nicely. A nice light and drinkable whiskey. Very tasty in cocktails.
