Caramel apples and nougat nose. Spiced grapes, caramel, and burnt butterscotch. Overall, the palate is reserved. Oak dryness in the finish.

Bottled Jan 2022. 2-16yr. Blend of 7 fullproof single casks. Baco & Folle Blanche: Vanilla, almond croissant nose. Dense, macerated white grapes. Dried fruit and nougat. Water wonderfully opens up the palate. Vanilla cream, candied oak and brown pears. Long finish.

Honeyed, floral grape nose. Palate is very mild. Buttery, slightly sweet floral continues. Moscatel grape shines. Water brings out lime rind and makes it a little dry. Finish is brief.

Caramel white grape skins nose. Sweetness up front. Chestnut barrels come through with beautiful character. Honey, nougat, sarsaparilla, oak. Well done brandy.
