Tastes

Fairly standard scotch nose. Subtle spice and sweetness through the finish.

Sweet nose. Creamy mouth feel. Extra sweetness from the sherry cask is apparent. Notes of vanilla and spice. Very nice

Super sweet nose. Like sniffing a sugar shack. Mouth feel is smooth and inoffensive. Notes of autumnal spices.

Nice bite up front. Notes of pipe tobacco on initial taste.

Very tasty. Not worth $300. 🤠

The first nose (pre-water) is a little medicinal- but grassy and sweet. Once brought down to a comfortable 40~abv...A spiciness that I wasn't anticipating from a bourbon. More reminicent of the rye whiskies I tend to like. The follow through is quite sweet with fruity notes.

Very faint nose. Sweet, and round. Vanilla and light fruitiness. Light spiciness with very little after taste. Doesn't improve with water drops or ice. Fine to sip on- unsure if I'll keep it in my regular rotation.
