Nose: notes of pear, apple and caramel. Probably getting caramel because of the vanilla. Taste: tastes like it smells. More dry than I was expecting. Very woody finish.

Nose: Light vanilla smoke. Non abrasive. Hints of apple and pear. Taste: Very grainy. Almost like unflavored oatmeal. Still getting some pear. Also just the faintest hint of smoke.

I actually get like a raisin banana on the nose. Also smells pretty sweet. Taste is kinda peppery and lasts for a long timmmmme. Also a little menthol on the finish.

Not bad. Little more alcohol burn than I was expecting. After the burn is a nice mix of fruits and some earthly vegetable-ness.

Smoke, fresh olives, and a hint of vanilla on the nose. Taste is like sitting downwind of a campfire followed by a light sweetness that lingers foreverrrrrrrr. Very smooth for a 48%.

Maple and apple on the nose, with a touch of peat. Pretty spicy for a 40%. Pretty earthy actually, with cut grass and the light peat flavor. Not my favorite.
