Had some trouble with this batch. We forgot a label and it spoiled a few bottles. That said, most of the barrel was delicious.

This was my fave spirit this year. I'll admit that is partially because I don't normally like gins. That said, this has a load of interesting flavor, and I really enjoyed it!

I really enjoyed this! Very smiley but has loads of other flavors too. The sweetness is full of vanilla and caramels and mixes with the peat very well.
