Reviewed April 11, 2022 (edited August 16, 2024)Nose: Elegant. Cooked agave, warm caramel, toasted almond ice cream. A tease of crème brûlée Taste: A warm roller coaster ride of complexity. Wow. It changes as it opens up. Agave, baking spices, bold cinnamon, and a balanced herbal pop of valley terroir all play together simultaneously. A very silky mouthfeel that envelops and coats the palate. Very pleasing. Finish: Long and mouth watering. Cinnamon, sweet agave, and a dew drop of freshly picked honeysuckle nectar.77.0 USD per Bottle -
-Nose: Bright citrus, agave, wet cement - like the first drops of rain in the summer. Valley minerality reflective of the region. -Taste: long warm ramp of flavors, starting with green fruits - apples & citrus, then peaking with crisp pop of ripe cooked agave before fading into some fresh cut herbs. Summer honeydew melon. Bit of anise, but well balanced. Nothing sour here. -Finish: warm and long - the agave notes linger! -Mouthfeel: oily and viscous. Hangs on the inside of the glass. Little filtration & a natural product. EXCELLENT tequila. Well done69.0 USD per Bottle
