Tastes

Very light whiskey that starts sweet and finishes smokey. I'm not sure how it ages but this one tastes like it could be a bottle to hold onto long term.

Very sweet smelling, the apple shows. When taking the taste the vanilla it very hard right first and quickly disappeared into smoke the pepper snuck in very quietly then disappeared into a peaty finish. Very good

Let it sit on you pallet for at least 30 seconds to really bring out the flavors of honey. A touch of water also does wonders.

Smoky at the front, deep burn after the breath.
