Tastes

Wanted to like this more, but not enough spiciness for me. Pretty smooth though, if that's your preference.

Would like to give this 3.5. Sampled at ABC. Not bad, but I prefer a little more spice/burn.

I refrigerate my bourbons, check out bourbon storage experiment on breakingbourbon.com. Initially (cold) I picked up a major medicinal note on the back end. After it warmed to room temp, OMG. Ever so sweet. Bubblegum sweetness on the nose with an oak/wood mid pallet followed by a nice back end burn. Very impressed with this one, however with the $99 price tag, I would use discretion.

Not bad, especially for the price. A hint of banana and vanilla on the nose and much more of a burn on the palate then the review indicates. I really don't see any negatives in buying this one!

Nice! Cereal on the nose and a sweet on the palate with a slight heat. Well done.
