Martin Miller's Gin was first released in 1999 and is distilled in England at the Langley Distillery. Though the botanicals are the same for the brand's Westbourne Strength version, the proportions differ. 10 botanicals are utilized with the spices and earthy botanicals distilled separately from the citrus peels. These two gins are blended together with a cucumber distillate added afterwards. The gin is brought down to 40% ABV with the addition of Icelandic water.

Tasting Notes

"The aromas begin with the earthy and spiced aromas coming followed by a healthy amount of citrus. The cucumber comes in loud and proud, particularly towards the finish and makes much more of an impression at this strength that the Westbourne Strength. Not particularly bitter, there is a softness to the gin, likely due to the Icelandic water. This is a great gin to introduce folks new to the category, although you should also be a fan of cucumber. We'd recommend a gin and tonic."
