Nose: toasted carmel and cherry. Taste: heavy toasted oak, sherry or table red wine, little punch, but just a Kentucky hug on the way down that lasts for a good 2 minutes. Overall these WFS yearly releases are bomb.com.

Cherry mahogany wood nose, toasted oak flavor with a mild tobacco finish... Good juice.

Nose is tobacco, apple and other fruits... Clearly distinguishable! On the palate, carmel and show up with a nice citrus at the back... Finishes with a hint of rye spice, apricot, and oaky smoothness. Delicious!

Robust, complex and smooth. Cherry vanilla on the nose with new wood. Light spice and cherry flavor with smooth finish that just gently warms on the way down.

One of my favorite FR offerings, not as complex as the experts would have you believe. Not bad.

Carmel and cherry on the nose, cherry wood and butterscotch on the tongue and finish, that disappears as quickly as it came on.

Middleton's notes are so spot on, and this whiskey is so complex, I'm not gonna sully this review by trying to explain it myself. On the nose there is red licorice, fresh rosemary and mint, and ginger root. The taste is sweet fruit and spice, cinnamon toast, and ripe bananas. This finishes with green tea, some more fruit and spice, and a nice woody finish that is the smoothest of the Method & Madness line in my opinion.
