Apple cobbler with carmel in an oak pan highlight the nose. Charred oak and no burn in the finish at all, highlight the taste. It's delicious, and fully with the price on normal market.

Smoked pork... And nothing else on the nose. Tastes like smoked bacon. Unique and interesting... Not bad, but not an everyday whiskey.

Booze forward, with a little molasses, and apples on the nose...with a hint of sherry or almost a cherry. Then the flavor explodes with a sherry and virgin oak bite, then immediately dissipates when it hits the back of your throat to just a smooth warming aftertaste with no bite or burn at all as it goes down. Worth the buy!

Nutmeg and a sweet wheat and corn hit the nose, with a warming buttery mouth feel of toasted grain and sweet corn with the heavily oaky finish... That has no burn at all for a 117 proof.
