managed to scoop this up for 20$ a bottle and at that price this is a complete steal. great smooth finish. nice funky notes similar to that of jamacian pot still rums or peated scotchs. IF you want a solid pot still this punches in above willet pot still quite a bit. might have to add this to the daily drinker list

not enough spice or kick

drank some at my dads house before I really got into whiskey and I didnt love it but I will have to try it again

I tried this at a bar tonight because It has been on my list for a little while and I was pretty disappointed. I prefer a higher proof whiskey and ordered this without knowing the proof and I would have guess it was in the high 40s , so I was surprised when found out its supposed to be 57% it just seemed thin wand watery. maybe with a couple more tastes I would Like it a little more.

Just scooped this for 36$ probally one of the cheaper barrel select high proof bourbons out there. have only had a few sips but really enjoying it so far. I would highly recommend this
