Full of flavor with a hint of sweetness. This rye is having my try more ryes

Still Austin Whiskey’s meticulous approach to production is quite noticeable! The grain to glass production really pays off in this beverage. Aroma comes through a bit older than a 2 yo. So much better than many of the TX bourbons I have tried! These guys have and continue to get it right. Looking forward to what these guys release next!
