Tastes

Not a bad dram, strong nose of christmas pudding laced with dried fruit and the taste follows the nose, nice light smoke. Quite a bland finish with a little burn. It's not bad but for the price I would go for something better like dimple 15.

I will go out on a leg and say this is probably the best whiskey I have ever had. Wonderfully complex, a bit subtle all round and smoother than anything. It's a must to try this at least once. I have to drive two hours from home to get this but it's worth it.

This is a must have, so smooth. Every time I open the bottle I find I can't resist having two or three. Truly a great whiskey and not even expensive.

Quiet a good drop but I must say I somehow thought the 12 yo was a bit more complex and nicer all round. Would not buy again considering the price difference between the two.

To me this stuff is great for the price. I was never a huge scotch fan until I got introduced to this by a friend. I am forever in his debt as I am now hooked. It's quiet smooth, easy to drink and wonderful flavor. It's now a regular.
