Tastes

Nose is spicy with a little bit of citrus. Front end is full with more spice and citrus. The heat comes on subtly and goes all the way down but it’s a good burn because it’s not overpowering at all.

Sweet wood on the nose oak. In the front definitely comes through the whole way through. A little bit of heat at the end but no burn. Notes of spice, cinnamon, and a good amount of oak but not overwhelming at all.

111.8 proof barrel 15-3637 Nose is sweet with a tad bit of floral but plenty of alcohol coming through. Front is a bit thin with a little Carmel and some heat. The back is spicy and hot but not as much burn going down and lingers despite it being thin up front.

Nose is fruity a little apple. Fruit continues on the front a little but with notes of tabaco a little heat and spice. It heats up a little more on the back side and is hit going all the way down.

Gallenstein store pick. Sweet mild nose. Sweet up front with vanilla a slight burn on the back end but not all the way down.
