Tastes

The nose is intense and your greeted with a strong rye and corn bill. You’ll smell a light caramel and almost a hazelnut. The mouth feel is far lighter than expected. The barrel spice comes through slightly while giving a light mouth swirl but that barrel spice will hit the most while swallowing. This tastes just like a great rye should. Rabbit hole has always and will always remain in my rotation.

You cannot beat this bottle for the price! That rye hits you right in the face up front with that sweet bourbon finish. The finish is where your prize it at.

The note is fruity with a bit of space. The flavor and taste is beautiful with a lovely holiday spirit. You get a cranberry and cinnamon spice, fruity and very smooth.

Cherry in the nose. Mild, light follow through, medicinal cherry with vanilla. I would enjoy it more for $7 less for the bottle

A nose of booze and vanilla. Spice, vanilla, definitely tastes like a BIB 100 proof. Good to have in the rotation but nothing to shout to the hills about.

Nose is light with a slight scent of honey Very light mouthfeel, extremely smooth. Light and a slight berry taste with a honey finish. Not much follow through

Light and floral nose with an apricot punch. Light and enjoyable comparable to other ryes. Apricot forefront flavor with a clam, dry, rye in the finish 4 out of 5. Worthy of keeping in the weekly rotation

Rye heavy, delicious overall for a daily drinker. Sips well and has a well balanced finish

Nose: sweet with an all spice First sip: light and crisp with a full flavor of sweet honey with an all spice follow through. Good choice for a small town, hole in the wall bar. Location: The Log Cabin, Chino Valley, Arizona

High boozy nose, after first sniff you’ll start to small a brown sugar and spice. Spicy middle and finish, with a light leather/brown sugar note. A few drops of water opens this up, calming down the hotness.
