Kilchoman Machir Bay (2012 Edition)
Single Malt — Islay, Scotland
Reviewed May 22, 2015 (edited June 19, 2015)Found a bottle tonight and had to buy it. Has a strong Glenmorangie style start and a beautiful finish. Strong and herbal with hints of lemongrass and citrus zest. I am gonna buy another bottle to put away for a later day. -
Redbreast 12 Year Cask Strength
Single Pot Still — Ireland
Reviewed May 21, 2015 (edited April 24, 2018)Soft and smooth with enough bite to keep it interesting. A sweeter whiskey that I like to drink when it is hot outside. -
