Tastes

Nose: wheat, dusty corn, leather shoe, brown sugar, toasted grains. Palate: apple, cherry, cinnamon, vanilla, pear, brown sugar, toffee. Finish is warm and full of vanilla and all the sweet notes. Hot and unique. Opens up over time to be wonderful and surprisingly complex.

Jensen's pick. Nose: thick vanilla, toffee, buttered popcorn, coca-cola. Palate: rich stewed fruits, mixed berry and cherry, vanilla, finish is rich and warm. Amazing stuff.

Beast masters pick. Nose: cherry, caramel, dill, vanilla cookie. Palate: oak, toffee, vanilla, almond, leather, finishes with some spice and cherry. Great stuff

Nose - vanilla, toffee, brown sugar, cherry. Palate - apples, some caramel and cream, tons of spices, cinnamon and nutmeg. Finishes sweet

Really hot and dry. Finish is harsh. Buttered popcorn, vanilla, green apples. Like mellow corn but almost worse and $40 more. Bummer.

Amazing for price. Caramel, cherry, tobacco, vanilla cream, oak and cinnamon

Rich toffee, nuts, caramel, light baking spice, some apple and cherry.

Nose gives soft cherries, yeast, oak, straw. Sweet oak, apple, light vanilla, some charred notes.

My favorite of the three. Loads of baking spices, strong rye, butter, apple, cinnamon.
