Tastes

Appearance: extremely dark brown and viscous. Nose: chocolate and fruit. Raisins, dark fruit and toffee meet a subtle nuttiness. This is one of my favorites in quite a while. Absolutely perfect.

Nose - brandied cherries, leather, honey, smoked bacon Palate - leather, vanilla, salt brine, cigar ash Finish - smoked salt, acidic

Nose - leather, sherry, mixed berries, slight undertones of smoke Palate - very salt brine forward, heavily peated, cracked pepper, mineral water Finish - oiled leather and ash
