Served in a wide bottom low ball glass, 1 ice cube. On the nose i get plenty of caramel, apple and a touch of smoke from the barrel char. First sip comes with more caramel, apple pie, and a soft, sweet mouthfeel. It is quickly followed by smoke, leather, oak tannins and a lovely savory finish. Fantastic lingering flavor of fruit, herbs, and leather.13.0 CAD per Pour

This is my first Malt whisky at the moment, but this coffey still malt whisky was a fascinating pour. Glencairn, neat. On the nose I got a slight burn with acetone and ethanol, but with time it opened up with cocoa, toffee, chocolate, and banana. In the pallate the flavours darkened and the malt, cocoa and banana open up, with a pleasant burn. The finish is woody and eathy, with coconut being the final note that stays with you.14.5 CAD per Shot

Slightly bitter finish. This whisky makes me feel like i have a superiority complex…lol it is very good10.5 CAD per Shot
