Sweet nose with caramel and spice. Pallate has berries, caramel, and a bold spice. It leaves a sweet aftertaste with ginger and earthyness.

Nose of pepper, fruit and honey, maybe some banana? On the pallet it was very bright, fruity and flavourful followed by spice and almost a licorice like bitterness. Id say this hits me in the tip of my nose and sinuses if that makes sense? A pungent sip. I enjoyed it though!

Rye spice, bourbon sweet, best of both worlds. I can tell it is more complex than my palatte can assess. I wouldnt buy a bottle, but I would recommend! A great sip!

Vanilla on the nose, Honey on the palate, followed by pepper, spices, oak and cocoa.
