Tastes

Nose: apple juice, vanilla, faint ethanol, butterscotch, toffee, slight fruit Taste: cinnamon, light ethanol, vanilla, tobacco, leather Overall: lots of flavor. Medium bite warming back of throat and chest lightly. Good sipper. Mild.

1oz pour. Light burn. Vanilla. Delicious. My favorite so far.

Vanilla, charred oak on the nose. Ethanol hits me on first sip, maybe a hint of mint. Pine, caramel, and vanilla. Blast of cinnamon, Fireball-esque as it builds on the tongue. Medium-intensity finish. Burnt caramel. Spicy cinnamon lingers throughout.

Nose: Mineral spirits. Tar. Faint caramel. Taste: Leather, ethanol, cinnamon. Spiciness lingers on the tongue. Takes a while to feel it in my chest. I am new to bourbon and trying to develop my palette. Probably too expensive a bottle for me)as an early-on purchase and seems too pricey for what it is. It's good not great.
