Spicy, earthy tones. Ever so subtle pear

Toffee, vanilla, spice

Drank neat. Butterscotch, floral, slight cinnamon spice. Super smooth at 52%, little to no burn. This was a pricey bottle but it makes up for it in the taste and smoothness. I still think there are $40-50 bourbons on par with this one, but this offering does seem slightly more complete.

Caramel, leather an slight butterscotch

Very thin, no burn whatsoever. Slight vanilla taste. A bit of tobacco in it as well

Sweet for sure, apple-ish fruit. Gentle grain with a smooth profile

Nose has slight alcohol aroma of a young bourbon. Sweet taste, minimal caramel/vanilla with some spice. Goes down smooth with slight heat on the end. For price point, this is a quality bourbon. I can see how it ends up as Eagle Rare and would certainly be a great fit for cocktails. Could drink even drink this straight
