awesome once ice melts. very good product, a little heat to begin with, but very enjoyable in the finish..

great depth of flavor. complex yet very rich and smooth. nice deep color. great heat.

2018 batch 12 bottle 797. sour dough on the nose. light on flavor with definite vanilla elements. simple, not complex at all. could use another couple years in the barrel. light with a quick finish, bordering on boring while very easy to drink and low alcohol.

great flavor and really nice heat. flavors evolve and last through entire depth of palate.
