Visiting Frankenmuth Mi. and stopped at a local shop. I was torn between the dark rum or their Burbon. (Hind sight, im kicking myself for not buying both) I asked the advise of the sales girl for a smooth sipping spirit, neat as usual. She steered me towards the dark rum and no regrets she did. Im no snooty pro, but i like this a lot! Fresh smell, sweet on the toung, no bite or bitter after taste. Goes down warm and smooth. TBH, i forget the exact price, got a bottle of their vodka as well and all in was between 90 and 100. Both very good!

Glenfiddich 21 Year Reserva Rum Cask Finish
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed January 24, 2021Had the pleasure to try a shot of the 21yo caribbean rum reserve. Aged a bit in rum barrels. Very soft mild smell, little sweetness. Neat as usual, the only way to fully enjoy in my opinion. So smooth on the toung, youll taste it at the back of the toung. Goes down mildly warm and stays that way as it hits bottom. Ive had the 21yo at the distillery, not tried the rum aged till now, glad i did.
