Sweet smelling, smooth in the tongue with giid flavor. Nice and warming as it hits bottom. Neat as usual.

Decided to pick up an Irish today, seems I ranked it before! Very sweet and light smell. Great sipping, very smooth with no bite or bitter flavor. Hits bottom very warm for an 80 proof. Glad it caught my eye again.

Traveling today so stopped in at the distillary for some dessert! For a higher proof, the smell was very mild. Taste was mery smooth and refreshing, no bite or bitter taste. Goes down nice with a very warm hit at the bottom. Neat as always, glad i got a bottle! Actually able to get bottle #1 of 184! Nice comfy place to stop for a break, and ya got to love the smell!
