Tastes

Sweet smelling, hint of banana. Taste comes from the middle tounge, smooth, little bit spicy. Goes down smooth, warm not hot. No bitter after taste. Not the smoothest by far but good taste. Picked it up at their distillery on the way home from the falls.

Woodford was calling me and im glad i listened. Neat as usual, aroma is very sweet. Goes across the toung smooth, very smooth, tasting it as it hits the back of the toung. Malty, slight barrel or peaty tasty. Finish is mild, smooth going fown with a little warmth. I need to pick up some hood cigars to complement this one.

Ok, so the color and the bottle drew me in. Settled down this evening to try it out. Trying this like always, neat. Aroma is sweet, slight oak scent. On first sip, initially very smooth. Oak comes out, other flavors suttle. Hits the back of the tounge warm and hot going down. After taste not so pleasant. Ill try on the rocks and/or with a little water to see if that helps. Not on my repurchase list.

Fresh and light smell (no heavy barrel smell). Smooth, sweet on the tongue, goes down nice. Straight up, no need for water or ice. Batch 12, bottle 312 on jan 22 2020. 90 proof

Priced right, but not as smooth as Clan McGregors, my go to. Initial taste is sweet and smooth, but has an after taste that takes away from it. Does go down smooth.

Sweet at first, tart on the back of your tonge, warming as it hits bottom.

Sweet smelling. Warming to the mouth and all the way down no dought from the 120 proof! No strong after taste, would be best sipped with a good cigar.

Soft sweet to the taste initially, then a slight barrel taste to end it. Very warming when it hits.

Warm in the mouth and going down. Maybe a little more than i prefer. Nice after taste. Smells yummy!
