I love bourbons have have a very prominent sweet corn nose almost as sweet as corn deer attractants they smell so good and this has it. Carmel corn and vanilla. Palate is classic bourbon all the way. Sweet corn,vanilla, custard and brown sugar. Medium to long finish on first few sips. This bourbon is absolutely delightful. It hits every mark. I cant wait for this to open up a bit.

Man for 16 bucks how can you go wrong. I dont have much for tasting note I am honing the craft and studying the ways before I go that far but to put it into perspective my sister liked it( she only drinks vodka) and her first comment was how she wishes she didnt like it because she knew it had to be expensive no one could believe that this was a 16 dollar bottle of bourbon.

I love everything about this. It's not old enough to have that funk but my goodness this thing is near perfection. Maybe it is nostalgia but call it what you want. It checks off all the boxes sweet lil spicy oily coats the whole mouth. Finish is med long little citrusy and cinnamon. Its November in a glass

It's good but my issue is I get a pretty strong cherry note that take a little water to thin out. I have no issue with the proof the nose is great mouth feel is good. Every thing is great except the cherry and it makes it tough to drink to much with out proofing it down. It starts to go away at that 107 range approximately

Great vanilla and oak. Typical beam nose. The age suits this bourbon well. The thing most folks are going to knock it for is price vs single barrel picks. I know it's easy to want to compare but you shouldnt.

I want to give it a zero because I am a childish selfish prick who is angry he will never get one of these.

Better than the newer batches of Antique

A score of 90 kinda seems like a disappointment for this doesnt it? I mean something going for over 500 bucks should rate higher shouldn't it?
