ATTENTION: If you ever listen to anyone and their kooky ways of doing thing do this. Open bottle, smell it, pour a taste, put the cork back in, put the bottle back in the tube and put the lid on it. Carry it somewhere cool and dark and place it there. Set a reminder on your calendar for 2 months and forget that it ever existed. Do Not let bottle get shaken up to much as the flavors settle the last pour of the bottle will be better than popping 2 viagra for e.d. I only know this because I did this in accident trying to savor it because I didnt know where my next bottle may come from. I hid it from myself to well. So after finishing that bottle and the last pour being the best bourbon I have had in my life was beyond disappointed when I opened my next bottle and it was no where near as amazing so I let it sit again and came back about a month and a half later and it was awesome. I know it's a long time to invest waiting for something you want now but it changes so much for the better by letting oxygen hit it and resting that you are cheating yourself by not trying it at least once.

A lot of folks first description is "smooth" that's not a complement.

Just slightly better than Special Reserve. if you can find this at MSRP buy it. I would even give you permission to pay 100 for it. it's not worth 110 dollars for something that barely beats SR at 23 bucks or loses to antique at 30 dollars. your paying to complete your collection and that's it with this one.

been avoiding this for years broke down and decided to try it. I would say full bodied but it's more sweet than it is spicy. there's a hint of cinnamon but it's mainly carmel that I got. I was blown away that it was as good as it was. maybe it's best to go in with low hopes

I cannot wait for this thing to open up a bit. It's the perfect expression of WT. Its sweet and spicy and oaky with Cinnamon and the perfect amount of heat. it gives me the tongue tingles and has "exceptional mouthfeel" (thats for you Chad) Fall is Turkey season and I bagged me a great one.

I just picked up a bottle of this. After having it at a bar. This reminded me of the WT Diamond that's more balanced and more complex. I'm not a , I taste shoe leather that someone walk 13.4 miles in and tobacco that grew on the bank of the Ohio in Gallia County, and french cinnamon an artic butterscotch. It was great. It was a little spicy a little oily, I would say your classic wild Turkey flavors that hit almost every note. the only thing that I wasnt expecting was it was a little briny but I love that. Maybe as my palate gets more experience I can tell you everything I taste in but there are times where people obviously make them up so I'd rather be truthful thank be a bourbon poser.
