Stagg Jr Barrel Proof Bourbon Batch 1
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed January 22, 2020 (edited January 31, 2020)Another excellent barrel proof. Oak spice and mild vanilla on the nose. The taste has hot chili pepper and oak up front that quickly turns into sweet caramel and a thick cherry syrup. The sweetness builds on the finish while my mouth continued to dry out. -
Peerless Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Bourbon (Batch Releases)
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed December 9, 2019This was an excellent bourbon. Strong hot chili pepper up front due to the high proof. Lots of oak spice as well. Once my palate adjusted to the proof I found bitter chocolate, juicy cherry, & rich caramel. Still plenty of oak spicy throughout the dram. -
