Ardbeg Drum (2019 Committee Release)
Peated Single Malt — Islay, ScotlandTastedClassic Ardbeg but more approachable than the 10 year. Tar, Smokey, oily, pineapple, creme brûlée, banana. Pretty but also complex makes for a fantastic expression.
Peated Blend — ScotlandTastedButterscotch, vanilla, toasted bread, light campfire smoke. Very easy drinking. A pretty good bottle for $28
Glen Garioch Founder's Reserve
Single Malt — Highland, ScotlandTastedFairly middle of the road Speyside. Lots of honey and vanilla. A sharp note up front that rounded out as I finished my glass. It also had a slight orange peel note that almost made it taste slightly tart.
Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition
Blended — IrelandTastedSweet, toasted nuts, thick caramel, mild chili pepper, a false Smokey flavor from the stout. Decent Irish expression.
Springbank 15 Year
Peated Single Malt — Campbeltown, ScotlandTastedDates, Salt, ripe red fruit, brine, peat, long salty and smokey finish. Dark cherries (almost like cherry coke)
Barrell Bourbon Batch 018
Bourbon — (bottled in) Kentucky, USATastedLight butterscotch. Wood tannins. Chili pepper. Vanilla

Single Malt — Highlands, ScotlandTastedLight with mellow grape/berry notes. Easy drinking
