Many bourbons are a little too sweet for my tastes, but this has a woody spice that enlivens it. I find the very dry finish a little odd - really saps the moisture out of my mouth

One of my favorite generally drinkable, widely available drams, with a lighter peat than many Islay whiskies, which makes for a subtler option for warmer days
