I visited the isla many moons ago...sheep, as I remember, out number the locals...non-the-less, a most beautiful experience...this bottle smells a bit peaty, but has a distant smoothness. The taste reminds me of a sweet floral, cherry potion. The price where I reside was just under $40... I bought it for a simple reminder of days long ago...this single malt allows one to find comfort in ones past

The oiliness presented itself first, but then the hint of sourness entered & filled my palate. There is a bouquet of floral & oak..., it presents itself as very "heady". This is my first sour mash & I believe it will be something that I will include in my cabinet...sour mashes that is... a very good first choice

I'm a recent transplant to Oregon & have decided to try the local brews & whiskey... I was introduced to the Pendleton by my brilliant neighbor...he loves it, albeit with water...I tried it neat...very smooth, but lacking considerably in depth. If this is a blend of fine Canadian whisky, then I've missed the idea. The price is good for your next party, but to enjoy with a good Alec Bradley, not worthy
