This FINE rum ..I use in a drink consisting of Ginger beer and ice ........Not only do you get the spicy ginger flavor, but the BITE in this offering from Appleton ..kicks it up a notch of ZESTY spiciness ...I have called this my OFFICIAL drink of summer !!

This is SPECTACULAR !!!!!!!!!!! When mixed with Ginger beer !!!

Compared the 12 with this the 15 ....I found the 12 has MUCH more to offer ....

just a tad more bitter than the 12 !! Still,,it is an OUTSTANDING rum !!

Unlike most rums ..this particular flavor uses sugar from Guyana instead of the Caribbean sugar ....which gives it a most better bite .... I usually treat myself once a year around the Xmas season ...
