F-rye Day Batch from Meijer store pick. 115 proof Really liking this. Leaves a lingering burn after it goes down. Quite tasty and potent.

On rocks. Almost no nose whatsoever. Initial flavor was a little unexpected - most likely the Sherry finishing. Finish is spicy. I could see liking this better maybe when drinking neat. I think this could grow on me, but not sold on first taste. Don't get me wrong. I think this is a pretty good whiskey for its price point, but I'm not getting the sweetness reported by other tasters.

Over ice. Nice rye. Nothing stands out but it's a tasty sipper.
