Pretty good. Smooth for a rye, but not real strong or distinguished flavor. Would drink again but other better options like Rittenhouse even at the great price point I got on this sale.

Reminds me a lot of McKenna 10 yo and that's not a bad thing. More spicy rye than sweet and vanilla for a bourbon. Definitely has a thick, oily texture.

Airline bottle. Pretty smooth but a little burn. Don’t try chewing a bourbon when you burnt off the skin on the roof of your mouth.

Airline bottle. Trying local things. Ok but nothing special. Smooth almost watery. Had it after a Rebel 100 so that may have made it seem less potent. Probably should have had this first in hindsight.

Price per pint. Really tasty and flavorful bourbon for the price point. Sweet initial taste followed by a medium long spicy finish. A few drops of water definitely opens up the palate.

Nose- very light and sweet. Little alcohol noticeable. Sweet initial flavor, followed by rye spice. Finish is spicy and medium long lasting. Good but overpriced.
