An absolute caramelly molasses-banana bomb. Not harsh or abrasive in any way. Great straight or in fuity, complex cocktails.

Whoa! This rum is excellent for the price. Tons of flavor going on here. Starts off grassy and sweet, much like a cachaça or Martinique rum. This is followed by the unmistakable hogo of a nice Jamaican rum, trailing off into a neat little finish of smooth, mellow age that mingles well with the funk.

Nose of sweet fig. Strong woody taste, finish of roasted caramel. Excellent, full-bodied rum that can be enjoyed neat and lends itself well to simple boozy cocktails. Nothing offensive but tons of flavor. A bit sweet.
