    Smells sweeter than it tastes. Nice peat smoke. Smooth flavor that coats the mouth. Easy vanilla finish. Very nice.

    I'm lukewarm on this one at best. I get the stingy heat finish on the tongue and lips but I get NONE of the smells or tastes others include in their reviews. It's nice but there's better (and more obtainable) bang for the buck out there. Maybe I'm just off today. I'll try again in a few weeks.

    Floral smell with a a familiar but very mild "OK, this is tequila" smell. Oh my god what a smooth Tequila! Seriously like mild flavored water. This is NOT your typical tequila. This is something very different and (in my limited experience) very special. I'm blown away.

    Not one I'd seek out but for the price, it delivers. Smells hotter than 46% but isn't. Solid!

    Smells like it will burn a bit. At 48%, I expected a burn but nope. Sure, a little tingle on the tongue but nothing more. Smooth as hell. There's some wood there but not offensively young. Very nice!

    Without reading other notes, I can't place what I'm tasting. There's some vanilla but something else.... It's 50% but not hot or spicy. Very pleasant.

    Pretty heavy smoke but not the smokiest. Oily and smells a bit like tire rubber (in a good way). With all the other Laphroaig or Ardbeg choices out there, this wouldn't be the first one I order. Still a really great dram!

    Sweet. Smooth and sweet. Apart from that, it's just an easy sipper. Would make for a decent all-purpose cocktail whiskey.
