Such a nice sipper. Lots of vanilla on the nose, with some bread and bots of butterscotch on the palate and a nice mild spice finish.

Nothing fancy, but always satisfying. Mild vanilla and caramel on the nose and palate, with a faintly discernable hint of spice at the finish. Not my first choice, bit never the wrong choice.

Wonderful nose, with hints of brown sugar and vanilla. Palate has a good does of corn and butterscotch. Nice bit of spice on the finish and an overall very enjoyable mouth feel.

Average pour with some traditional bourbon notes including vanilla and butterscotch. Nice and easy every day drinker, with a slight hint of spice at the finish. Probably best as a mixer, but serviceable on its own if you must.

Nothing wrong here, nice and simple sip with butterscotch and vanilla notes, but not much else to it. Probably better as a mixer.

Solid juice. First pour had a hint of ethanol on the nose, along with some vanilla. Opened up on the palate with some caramel and apple notes with a bit of spice that carries through the finish. Second pour the next day was more mellow, with the baking spice and vanilla notes being much more pronounced and not as much spice at the finish.

My favorite pour hands down. For the higher proof, it is so smooth and easy to drink. Baking spices on the nose give way to butterscotch and cinnamon on the palate which lingers through the finish. Only criticism I can come up with is that the finish fades away too quickly

This was a neat one. Definitely got some smoky scents on the nose, with some hints of vanilla. The palate brought out some honey, with more smokiness at the finish. Gives off the impression of being a peated scotch, without actually having to endure the peat (I enjoy peat, but others obviously do not).

A solid pour. Had some nuttiness on the nose, maybe almonds, as well as some vanilla. The palate and finish were quite spicy with some mild heat, neither of which are unpleasant.
