The nose is cherry/vanilla cake. So good. For 90 proof it is not as smooth as I would have thought. Tons of flavor though. So different than the Buffalo Trace lineup I am used to drinking. More of a sipper over ice with a good burger than something to start the night with - or end the night with.

This is the bourbon of Ron Swanson. It's like drinking leather, oak, and sawdust with a finish of blueberry. Meant for drinking around a campfire and then heading out to find a sweet brown bear to make love to. A nice bite without too much burn. Not bad for a BIB for 26 bucks! Will buy again.

This is growing on me. However - not worth the price. Just better options for the price.

This is my second review. Wasn’t in love with it the first time I had it, but loved it tonight. Started with a little water and ice and then added whiskey. Has a great banana chip and toffee flavor.

Definitely green banana on the nose. First taste is a little spicy and hot. Grapes, vanilla, and cherry came out once it opened up a bit. May come back to this review after I have it a few more times. At second time around I got cherry, a little cinnamon and more burn than I wanted. At 108 proof, just needs more ice or water than I’m used to.

This is perfect daily drinker for the price!

Liked this for a well-priced Rye. Great For cocktails.

Too much sting without flavor. Good price - but Elijah Craig is 10x Better for the price.

I love this bourbon. It’s slightly better than Blantons, but harder to find. Will buy this again - if I can find it.

I wish this was an everyday drinker for me. Love the flavor. Love the bottle. Love the experience.
