Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed February 23, 2024NEAT: very sweet aroma. A lot of honey on the nose. Very little alcohol. Some caramel. Picking up some fruit on the taste with definite sweetness all the way through. Very little alcohol burn. The slightest oakiness. Great mixer. Honestly good for being a very cheap bourbon. -
NEAT: aroma of vanilla, caramel, with a hint of tobacco. Moderate alcohol smell. Moderate burn up front but once it wears off it opens up to some cherries and chocolate. Leather and tobacco in the finish and aftertaste with some mild sweetness. Im sure its better when toned down with a cube, but even neat is good. Yes its a little harsh at the front, but it finishes in a nice smooth taste. Good budget bourbon.

NEAT: fruit forward on the nose with hints of baking spices and honey. Smells almost buttery, but in a good way. Some vanilla. Apple. Very rich with a creamy mouthfeel. Sweet. Getting some apples, cherries, dates. Taste lingers for quite some time and is very pleasant. Very warming as well. A solid pour. Glad I grabbed the 1.75L bottle.

NEAT: sweet aroma with a lot of honey and vanilla. There is some banana on the nose, maybe some mollases. Light alcohol. Caramel. Getting some slight bitterness up front with a sweet finish that lingers and continues to sweeten. Almost leathery flavor. Maybe some tobacco in there. A decent pour. Id say good for the price.

NEAT: sweet aroma, some honey, vanilla, a little pepper. Definite fruitiness on the nose. Picking up some apple. Smooth, really smooth. Very little alcohol, yet still warm. Definitely picking up some apple and cherry in the middle. Light oakiness. A bit if vanilla and honey. Light toast. Overall a grear pour. Really satisfied.
