Color: Honey Nose: Nose is a little hot with caramel, maple, oak. Palate: The nose seems a little bit deceptive as it makes you think this will be a sweeter bourbon. Velvety mouth feel. Caramel, maple, and spiceness lead the way as it heats up a little in the middle with additional oak. Finish is little lacking with a strong oaky presence but nothing too spectacular.

Color: Light Nose: Smoked BBQ brisket, sweet peat, sea weed, faint lemon at the end. Palate: Medium bodied with and oily mouthfeel. Honey and peat at the front joined by smoked brisket and more peat in middle. Finish is strong and leaves behind a lingering meaty smokiness.

Color: Light like vegetable oil Nose: Honey, vanilla, lemon and orange peel. Palate: Light bodied and velvety. Vanilla and honey joined by honey and lemons and almonds joining. Finish is quick with vanilla and honey lingering.

Color: Light honey Nose: Vanilla and honey with ripe orange and dates with a faint nuttiness and mint. Palate: Light bodied with a velvety mouthfeel. Vanilla and honey lead the way. With some toffee and fruits build to a bright finish. Medium finish with lingering toffee and dates. Over all, a light, sweet dram that would be perfect for a summer day or breakfast.

Color: Dark Amber Nose: Caramel, red apples, cinnamon spice and some milk chocolate and vanilla cream. Palate: Medium bodied with a silky mouthfeel. Milk chocolate and apples, and cinnamon at the front. Joined by milk chocolate and some oak in the middle. Finish is warming with lingering apples and cinnamon spice.

Color: Honey Nose: Bright citrus, cinnamon, and cherry. Palate: Light bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Butterscotch, caramel and citrus with cinnamon, oak and honey joining in the middle. Finish is smooth and dry with lingering oaks and honey.

Color: Dark Amber Nose: Caramel, toffee, dark fruits, molasses, cloves, and cinnamon spice with some apple. Palate: Full bodied, velvety mouthfeel. Caramel, brown sugar and cherries heating up with oak, molasses toward the end. Warming finish with lingering caramel and brown sugar.

Color: Amber Nose: Dark fruits, milk chocolate, vanilla and a faint hint of maple. Palate: Medium bodied with a silky mouthfeel. Cherries, milk chocolate and vanilla at the front are joined by oak and cinnamon at the back. Leaves lingering cherry and chocolate.

Color : Amber Nose: Cinnamon, caramel, vanilla sweetness, brown sugar, ginger bread, and peppermint. Palate: Full bodied with a velvety mouthfeel. Brown sugar and baking spicy boldly lead the way. As caramel and cinnamon join in the middle. Finish is dry and sweet with lingering oak, caramel, and mint. .

Color: Honey Nose: Charred oak, apples, caramel and molasses. Palate: Light bodied. Watery mouth feel. Oak, caramel sweetness and apples. Finish is tart, with a strong oak presence and some lingering apple.
