Palate: The nose seems a little bit deceptive as it makes you think this will be a sweeter bourbon. Velvety mouth feel. Caramel, maple, and spiceness lead the way as it heats up a little in the middle with additional oak. Finish is little lacking with a strong oaky presence but nothing too spectacular.

Honey and peat at the front joined by smoked brisket and more peat in middle. Finish is strong and leaves behind a lingering meaty smokiness.

Palate: Light bodied with a velvety mouthfeel. Vanilla and honey lead the way. With some toffee and fruits build to a bright finish. Medium finish with lingering toffee and dates. Over all, a light, sweet dram that would be perfect for a summer day or breakfast.
