92 proof. Smooth all around. Cinnamon and fruit on first sip. Ice continues to pull in cinnamon and adds to fullness. This was a good offering and got a few votes for tasting of the night.

90 proof. Strong cedar notes on the nose. Unique out of the bottle to most tastings. Add ice and it brings out some dried fruit and citrus. Good surprise offering of the night.

Very sweet on the nose. Spicy and tannic on first sip. Not a long linger. Ice softens all spice and make this more enjoyable. Not local to my area so probably not going to get a chance to have another one soon.

100 proof. Vanilla on the nose is strong. Good flavor and taste covers entire pallet. Soft floral notes with oak and char. Added ice doesn’t change flavor but added a little smoother subtleties.

94 proof. Sweet on the nose at first. Doesn’t have an ethanol nose. Very Smooth. Apple hints on first sip. No burn and a little softer than expected. Ice cube adds some stronger tannic flavors, leather, and spice. This offering doesn’t need ice at all. However adding ice opens up new flavors. Good for sipping.

Smooth nose without ethanol notes. Vanilla on nose. First sip is delicious!! Vanilla and char is great tasting. Smooth delivery and great sipping. No ice needed.

Soft nose and chocolate on the nose. Spicy on first taste with tannic and woody finish. Add ice cube and spice is softened and char is increased. A good sipper with ice.

Smooth nose and notes of spice and char. Spicy with strong rye neat. Ice cube mellows spice and adds to char. Short linger but strong. Not an everyday sipper for me but not bad.

Toffee and coffee on nose. Smooth on nose with no ethanol. Smooth taste with increased toffee, char, and oak. This one is great neat and ice not needed. Add ice and it isolates the oak and char. Great to have on hand at all times.

Chocolate is strong on nose with hints of leather. Spicy rye on first sip with leather and oak. Definitely a lot of flavor to unpack. Ice cube adds richness, cherry, and caramel. Great flavor with lots of different notes. Good offering to explore with friends.
