Reviewed June 3, 2021 (edited November 24, 2021)Vanilla, oak, and leather.. Hints of fruit peel. Slightly nutty. Makes me think I’m in a leather chair in a den with books all around me with the smell of a good pipe tobacco wafting through the air. -

Coopers' Craft Original 82.2 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed May 30, 2021 (edited July 31, 2022)Usual Brown Foreman profile, which to me is darker flavors accentuated with a slight nuttiness. Can never really go wrong. More brown sugar than vanilla. Almost like molasses. Some cinnamon, under ripe apple. Hints of pear or other white fruit. Slight ethanol. Not a lingering finish. -
Murray Hill Club Batch 21
Blended American Whiskey — Washington DC, USA
Reviewed May 29, 2021 (edited October 29, 2022)This is good. I’ll start with that. Creamy flavors abound. Well balanced. Nothing jumping out of the glass. Vanilla, roasted peanuts. Caramel. Hints of green apple peel. Faint orange.. For the price I paid I was expecting more honestly but as it’s a neck pour and a first impression I’ll have to revisit it.129.0 USD per Bottle -
Bunnahabhain Stiùireadair

Evan Williams 1783 Bourbon (80 Proof)
