Toffee and raisins. Vanilla bomb. Followed by cherry. Nice short oak finish.

The more I drink this the more the youth jumps out. Oak and vanilla on nose. Green oak on finish. Drying.

Grassy vanilla, cherry, a little pear. Could convince myself there is almost a spearmint on the finish.

Wine grapes give way to classic dark flavors of bourbon, vanilla and brown sugar, followed by peanut shells on the finish.

Sweet oak, vanilla, peanuts. Nose reminds me of a dark pecan pie, especially a dark crust.

Loads of creamy dark flavors. Vanilla, brown sugar, molasses, cinnamon. Hints of apple. Leather. Short drying oak on finish that doesn’t go tannic.

Well rounded for such a young bourbon. All the classic bourbon notes are there, cherry, vanilla, oak. Not tannic. Drinks spicy like a rye, but not herbal. More of a cinnamon, but not the taste, just the warmth on the tongue. Chattanooga came out the gate swinging, and this is easily the 3rd best liquor from my home.. Sugarland’s Roaming Man Rye takes my 1st, and this is close behind JD SBBP.. Depending on the day those two could swap, and I easily buy more of this than the JD…

Shiny vanilla custard, Slight peanut butter. Finally finding a little bit of banana in this. Slightly dry on finish. Charred oak with some tannic notes at the end. Would like to try this at a higher proof..

Vanilla and baking spices on nose, baking spices follow through more to the palette than the vanilla. Medicinal cherry followed by a nice warm oak finish. A good bourbon, but in an odd price bracket.. Almost too high for a daily, not good enough of a value to justify constantly against others…

Cant remember what I paid for this bottle but I know it was sub 45. Honey, melon, not quite honeydew. Full bodied. Starts to go saline on the finish but the finish is too short for it to go salty. A great budget sipper, stands up neat quite well.
