Reviewed June 8, 2021 (edited September 25, 2021)Well rounded for such a young bourbon. All the classic bourbon notes are there, cherry, vanilla, oak. Not tannic. Drinks spicy like a rye, but not herbal. More of a cinnamon, but not the taste, just the warmth on the tongue. Chattanooga came out the gate swinging, and this is easily the 3rd best liquor from my home.. Sugarland’s Roaming Man Rye takes my 1st, and this is close behind JD SBBP.. Depending on the day those two could swap, and I easily buy more of this than the JD… -
Coopers' Craft Barrel Reserve 100 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Reviewed June 8, 2021 (edited July 22, 2021)Shiny vanilla custard, Slight peanut butter. Finally finding a little bit of banana in this. Slightly dry on finish. Charred oak with some tannic notes at the end. Would like to try this at a higher proof.. -

Reviewed June 4, 2021Vanilla and baking spices on nose, baking spices follow through more to the palette than the vanilla. Medicinal cherry followed by a nice warm oak finish. A good bourbon, but in an odd price bracket.. Almost too high for a daily, not good enough of a value to justify constantly against others…
