Needs ice or water to cut the heat - subtle hint of vanilla and caramel but I expect a bit more out of the Colonel

This was a first - I've never involuntarily retched after taking a sip of whiskey. Think of the fertilizer / chemical smell at your local hardware store lawn care section - that is what you will be tasting. Nothing even remotely good about this swill. I'm surprised they released it.

Very unique and not a typical rye which will turn some off. The caramel, vanilla... Basically you could be fooled into thinking this is a finely made subtle mixed drink. It isn't an everyday drink if you like rye and bourbon but a fantastic change of pace. If there is someone in your life who doesn't like rye give them a sip of this, they may still not like rye buy they will live Angels Envy Rye
