Woody, smoky, hammy.

Woody campfire aroma. Lots of heat with caramel glazed coconut, vanilla, white pepper and white oak.

Honeyed pistachio aroma with some coconut almond icing notes in tow. Some heat in the flavor early, and then a splendid white oak, toasted coconut, caramel cream and vanilla bean frappe flavor. Honeyed banana wheat. This might be my favorite bourbon yet.

Spicy and raw. Aggressive oak, roaring youthful personality. Butterscotch kick with a lick of vanilla.

Vanilla and caramel. Smooth but subtly aggressive with a hidden spiciness.

Grainy and hot. Might work on ice?

Smooth and sophisticated, sometimes to its detriment by seeming uneventful. Honey, vanilla, butterscotch. Saffron and lavender floral notes meld with the vanilla. Light spice of nutmeg and cassia bark. An easy sipping bourbon. Would be perfect at $20-$30 a bottle. More than $40 seems unfair when compared to the experience.
