Tasting Notes
"The nose is like cinnamon toast cereal squares in a bowl of spiked and spicy apple cider instead of milk. Nutty, vanilla, and wheat flakes flavors come in on the palate, mixed with malty cocoa (reminiscent of trail mix with carob peanuts). Hot spices — cinnamon, clove, pepper, cardamom hit the back palate and carry through to the finish with a medium-heavy weight. It takes a minute to open up in the glass, but more of that spicy-nutty nuance comes through with sweet wheat lingering on the tongue. "
